well this event.. an annual in perth is basically something like the x-games/asian x-games. only at a slightly smaller scale. i didn't manage to go for the one last year cos i found out abt it too late and there weren't anyone willing to go with me. but this year.. wow man!!! really.. words can't describe that feeling of standing less than 5m away from the vert ramp man... i think if i were at the x-games or asian x-games.. it'd be times 10 that kinda feeling!!!! oh man!!!! the one held in perth is quite small i feel.. not a lot of the athletes of the action sports world. or maybe cos i don't recognise them. heh. for more info go to - http://www.olntv.com/nw/article/view/681/?tf=nwArticle.tpl or to - http://www.gravitygamesh2o.com/ think it's really the culture here in aussie land.. where they do indeed have adverts for these sort of events. as compared to sg, there were no adverts at all for this type of events. only pple in the 'inner circle' of action sports will know... bleah... that is what sucks in sg. and besides, the island is not big enough to hold this type of events. actually i think it is lah.. can use the fields in marina south.. but aiyah.. gahmen... won't hold this type of events lah.. not in the next 5 years, in my opinion.

(i didn't manage to post it up cos there was apparently something wrong with the photo uploader tool on blogger..) the pics aren't very pro... not that i can do much with a digi cam... i need an slr digi cam man!!! either that or i'm just not that good a photographer. so bear with the not so high quality of the photos. i did my best!
